A new framework for cooperation on energy, fertilizer and industrial development in Uzbekistan.
TASHKENT, UZBEKISTAN · October 22, 2026 — Powerscape Global has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Tashkent Region Administration (Khokimiyat) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The agreement follows a meeting between Zoyir Mirzayev, Governor of Tashkent Region, and Karl Moor, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Powerscape Global.
The memorandum establishes a framework for further cooperation on energy and industrial projects, with discussions focused on modern gasification technologies and opportunities to support downstream electricity generation, fertilizer production and fuel applications.

American technology. Regional opportunity.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed expanding investment cooperation and developing new industrial projects in Tashkent Region. Their discussions included the deep processing of local resources and the introduction of modern technology to increase production capacity and support the region’s industrial sector.
For Powerscape, these conversations connect Advanced American Gasification Technology with practical regional priorities: energy security, fertilizer supply and industrial development.
Powerscape licenses its proprietary Multi-Zone Fluidized Bed Gasifier (MFG) platform, which produces synthesis gas, or syngas. Downstream systems can use that syngas for power generation, ammonia and fertilizer production, fuels and other industrial applications.
A framework for further cooperation
The memorandum provides a foundation for continued engagement between Powerscape Global and the Tashkent Region Administration. It marks an opportunity to explore how advanced gasification technology could contribute to efficient resource use, expanded production capacity and regional economic development.
“Uzbekistan has the resources and the ambition to turn its domestic coal into a foundation for modern industry. We are grateful to Governor Mirzayev and the Tashkent Region Administration for their partnership, and we look forward to bringing advanced gasification technologies to projects that create energy, fertilizer and jobs for the region.”
Karl Moor, Founder and CEO, Powerscape Global

Part of a broader commercial dialogue
As reported in the company’s press announcement, Powerscape participated as a member of the official U.S. commercial delegation during U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s visit to Central Asia. The release places the signing within that visit and the broader U.S.–Central Asia commercial and energy dialogue alongside the C5+1 ministerial meeting in Samarkand.
