President & CEO of Mississippi Power, a Southern Company subsidiary. While at Mississippi Power, he
was responsible for all aspects of the Company, including the oversight of the Kemper County Energy
Facility. Mr. Holland also served as General Counsel at Southern Company and President and CEO of
Savannah Electric. Prior to joining Gulf Power as an executive, Mr. Holland was a Partner in the
firm of Beggs & Lane
